Cantelon�s  Lakeshore Memories �exhibit -  southern townships
Tools of the Trades � new exhibit � can you guess the use?

 

May 3 Norfolk Genealogists meet  - 7 p.m.

 

May 9 - Spring Luncheon � special speaker on Simcoe�s own �Gertrude H. Ford and her tea company� � 12:30 p.m. An elegant luncheon catered by Liz Campbell.

 

May 13  �A Century of Weddings� � An afternoon of nostalgic fashion from yesterday at St. James United Church � Wear your own wedding gown or have it modeled by someone else � a fund raiser for the Eva Brook Donly Museum  - $8 includes tea.

 

May 24 � �Tools of the Trade� � What-cha-ma-call-its� and �Thing-a-ma-jigs� � Test your skills in identifying  unusual tools from earlier times. 
New exhibit, featuring beautiful ironwork.

 

June � Museum Yard Sale � donations welcome! � (first DRY Saturday morning in June)

 

June 7Norfolk Genealogists meet � 7 p.m.

 

June 25 Heritage Gardens Tour of old Vittoria and Normandale � 8th annual garden tour, 12 noon  to 5 p.m. � 10 beautiful gardens - tickets just  $6 (advance) or $7 that day.

 

September through December  Cantelon � The Northern Townships � new exhibit.

 

Sept. 6 � Norfolk Genealogists meet � 7 p.m.

 

Sept. 27 -  Furniture & Textiles Care � Advice from the Pro�s with Frank McGoveran & Liz Dukelow � 7 p.m.

 

Sept. 30 Norfolklore � GENEALOGY FAIR � family history books and resources � 10 a.m. � 4 p.m.

 

Oct. 4 Norfolk Genealogists meet � 7 p.m.

 

Oct. 28 Studio Tour  -- Norfolk County�s CRAFTSPEOPLE & ARTISTS at home � 10 a.m. � 5 p.m.

Nov. 22An Evening with Edgar Cantelon � workshop & programme � 7 p.m.

 

December -   Christmas displays � toys, folk art & Christmas.

Dec. 6Norfolk Genealogists � Christmas  Pot Luck Supper � 6:30 p.m.

 

Dec. 10 An Old Fashioned Christmas family day for kids.
