For those on a very tight budget and/or with very specific needs, these same volunteers offer Plan C. Whether you ever want to take advantage of either Plan, you should be aware both are available.
Plans B and C were both developed
in response to genealogists requests, and for those living on distant
coasts, cost a lot less than travelling to the Archives in person.
